2nd Water Meters

     A 2nd water meter will allow you to not have to pay sewage on your outdoor watering. Having the 2nd water meter installed could save you up to 60% on your water bill. Only selected cities allow 2nd water meters to be installed. If a meter is available in your city or township, a price will be given either on your proposal or upon request. 2nd water meter can also be installed to exiting systems.

Back-up Sump Pumps

Back up sump pumps are an excellent way to protect your basement from flooding. The back up sump pump works from water pressure creating a vacuum to empty your sump pump. During a storm or power outage is when you would need your back up sump pump. Unlike a battery back up, your water pressured is almost always available. This system will not work with well water.

Backflow Certification is required in some cities or townships.  We can run an annual check of your backflow preventer to ensure your sprinkler water isn't getting into your drinking water.
