Intro
Maddox Irrigation Inc is a professional company with a knowledgeable

Here is a list of our installation procedures that make
our company
stand apart from the rest.
- Your sprinkler system will be designed for head to head coverage.
Your system will be designed to spray away from your house,
patio, and landscaping.
- Your sun and shade areas will be divided to ensure accurate
watering. This will help eliminate over watering of your
shaded areas.
- All heads are connected with swing pipe and
swing pipe fittings to allow flexibility and easy height adjustments
of you
heads. All heads are packed in the ground with a shovel
to keep heads
straight
after the ground settles. All heads will be 1 - 2 inches
from sidewalks and driveways so a lawn edger does not
damage them.
- Plumbing in basement will be tight to the joices
with a 1" ball
valve (winter shut off) and a drain fitting located
outside under the vacuum breaker.
- Electric valves will be in a
plastic valve box located on the side of the house and easily
accessible. Wire
to valves
is covered
in
PVC conduit to prevent damage to wire (heavy-duty
18-gauge wire) from lawn trimming. Water tight, gel-filled
wire
nuts are used
to prevent corrosion.
- Timer is mounted in the garage with PVC conduit normally
by an outlet, if no outlet is available it will
be plugged into
the
basement.
- The entire system will be installed in 1" piping
from the basement tap to the last head.
Our equipment is designed to give little or no
damage to your lawn and landscaped areas. Our
sprinkler
pipe is not
trenched
in. Our
sprinkler pipe is installed using a vibratory
plow method. A dry boring method is used for
installing pipe under
sidewalks.
**Upon completion of your
lawn sprinkler system, we sweep all sidewalks, patios, and driveways
of any dirt and debris.
We clean and haul away any unused material. Once the clean up is completed,
a certified
technician will explain the system layout,
controller functions, and sprinkler head adjustments. He will
also be able to answer
any questions you may have at that time. If you have any additional

We
do a complimentary adjustment of your sprinkler system after your
sod has been installed. Call our office
with the date of your sod installation and we can schedule
an appt. for
same day
or next
day service.
