Brief Intro
We
have a fully staffed office to handle all concerns that you may
have. Our service crews are separate from our installation crews.
This allows us to give more adequate service in a timely manner.
Our trucks are radio dispatched. If your landscaping or sod company
breaks a head installing the sod or grading, we can be out the same
day or within 24 hours for repair. Our service technicians have
the expertise needed to assist you in every problem you may have.
Our
goal is to keep service as minimal as possible. Maddox Irrigation
does our very best to install a trouble-free sprinkling system.
Systems installed by Maddox Irrigation are designed to be serviced
from outside, therefore no one has to be home for the service
in most cases.
Spring
Start-Up
Spring start-ups of your lawn sprinkler
systems begin as soon as the weather breaks, traditionally between
the months of April and May. Our spring start-up procedure involves
getting the system turned on, set the timer and do minor adjustments.

Winterization
- Early Freeze
Winterization
of your lawn sprinkler system begins in October and extends through
November. We recommend having your system winterized prior to the
first freeze. Our winterization procedure involves using compressed
air that maintains over 100 psi. With our method of winterization,
we regulate the amount of air that flows to each zone. The price
for winterization varies. If temperatures begin to fall below freezing
and your sprinkler system is still not winterized, you can follow
our instructions to prevent freeze damage from occuring. Please CONTACT
